| SalesRing.com User Listing Instructions |
|
| Registered Users may start listing horses immediately upon completing the registration process by clicking on MANAGE YOUR LISTINGS in the header of the site. |
| Once the User has logged in, they may change their password or update other information by clicking on UPDATE MY REGISTRATION in the upper right side of the Manage Listings page. It is very important to keep your Registration Profile up-to-date, and in particular your email address, as that is how the site communicates to you for such things as renewal notices. |

| PLACING LISTINGS: |
|
| All listings begin as Free Listings, so to begin click on the link titled CLICK HERE TO ADD YOUR FREE LISTING that is in the center top of the Manage Listings page directly below the red ** All Listings Begin Here! ** |
| The listing process is self-explanatory but we recommend that you take time to make the listing as complete as possible and aesthetically pleasing. The look and feel of the listing has a direct influence on the perception of the horse and the person that a potential buyer is dealing with. |

| Sloppy, terse and unappealing listings receive far fewer inquiries than ones the people have taken time to do the correct way.We have found that potential buyers have the mindset of "If they are this sloppy in placing a listing, how are they in taking care of the horse." |
|
| We suggest the following tips when placing the initial Free Listing: |
- Try to avoid typos and grammatical errors.
- Make the Listing Title short and to the point, and following up with the most important aspect of the listing in the Short Description.
- Make the Long Description as complete as possible.
- The site will automatically understand paragraph and line breaks so there is not need for HTML commands.
- Price the horses fairly. We have found that 75% of all horses that sell through SalesRing.com have had their price reduced at some point.
- Take the time to enter the Pedigree as complete as possible as it makes the searches much more robust and helps build the pedigree library making it much easier to list in the future (particularly with the same stallion).
- The Pedigree keyword searches are conducted by viewing all the horses in the Pedigree tree, for instance if you have Danzig as the grandsire, whenever someone searches on a Pedigree Search for Danzig, your listing will appear.
- Once you have completed a pedigree it is saved in the Pedigree Library so only need to select that stallion or mare by name in the future and the Pedigree will automatically populate.

| You will also be able to Edit your Listing whenever you wish. |

| UPGRADING LISTINGS: |
|
| Upgrading the Listing with a Photo, Video or Pedigree, as it will also increase the priority of the Listing. |
| For more details on the prioritizing, click on the UPGRADE PHOTO, VIDEO, PEDIGREE link in the header of the site. |
|
| On average, upgraded listings received nearly 40 times more inquiries. |
|
| Once you have placed the initial Free Listing, you will then be able to update with Photos, Videos, and Pedigrees by clicking on the appropriate link on the Manage Listings page.Note that Pedigree is listed under Options. |
|
| When upgrading the listing with Photos, Videos, or Pedigrees, you will be taken through a Checkout Process that will require payment by Mastercard or Visa. |
|
| At the end of the process you will be redirected back to the Manage Listings page at which time you will be able do the following: |
|
| PHOTOS: You will be able to immediately Photos, please not the size requires on the site (must be in either .jpg or .gif format and no larger that 600 pixels tall and 600 pixels wide). You will be able to upload up to three Photos. |
|
| VIDEOS: You will need to send Video clips to our Customer Service as outlined on the site. |
|
| PEDIGREES: Pedigrees will be added within 48 hours from the time of purchase. SalesRing.com uses international pedigrees, which may or may not be what you prefer. However, you are welcome to send Customer Service your own pedigree in a HTML format that we will upload. As an alternative to the Pedigree being added to your Listing, you are welcome to upload a pedigree as an image as one of the three Photos available. |

| PROMO CODES: |
|
| From time to time SalesRing.com offers certain promotions such as FREE or DISCOUNTED PHOTO LISTINGS, which require the use of a Promo Code. Additionally, often advertisers and strategic partners are issued Promo Codes to be able to upgrade listings as part of an overall campaign. |
|
| When upgrading a Listing with Photos or Videos by use of a Promo Code, simply check the Promo Code box and enter the applicable Promo Code and continue through the Checkout Process. The cost will adjust to 0.00 (or whatever discount you are entitled to) and be sure to complete the process by clicking on Upgrade. |
|
| RENEWALS: |
|
| You will automatically receive a renewal notice via email to the email address in your Registration Profile at 10 days prior to expiration of a Listing and 2 days prior to the expiration of a listing. To make it easy, the email notification will carry a link to login as well as your User ID and Password. |
|
| Once you have logged in, your will see a Renew notification on any Listing that is near expiration, or an Expired notification for any Listings that have Expired. Once a Listing as Expired, it can no longer be viewed by potential buyers. |
|
| The renewal process is very easy, simply click on the Renew banner for an applicable listing and your Listing is back online. With regard to Expired listings, we leave them online for 30 days and the process is the same for re-listing them. |
|
| After renewing a Listing, we would suggest that you consider the reason why the horse did not sell or receive as adequate number of inquiries, and make the following modifications: |
- Upgrade the Listing with a Photo, Video or Pedigree, as it will also increase the priority of the Listing. On average, upgraded listings received nearly 40 times more inquiries.
- Reduce the price of the horse as we have found that 75% of all horses that sell through SalesRing.com have had their price reduced at some point.
- Clean up the look and feel of the Listing.

| Lastly, remember that Listings that are renewed prior to expiration received a 20% discount. |

| Account Payment with Credit Cards |
| When upgrading the listing with Photos, Videos, or Pedigrees, you will be taken through a Checkout Process that will require payment to your credit card. Charges are for the full period of the listing only and do NOT automatically renew. Charges are not pro-rated in the event a listing is withdrawn prior to the end of the listing term.
