| Your Photo Listing remains active up until your horse sells (or becomes unavailable), you remove it, or until the Listing has expired (whichever comes first). Photo Listings provide buyers with an upfront view of the horse so they can make a decision faster and easier. |

The process of adding a photo to your Listing is simple.- The FIRST STEP is to ADD A FREE LISTING.
- Then, simply click on the UPGRADE AVAILABLE button under the Photo Category.
- Select the listing that is being upgraded, read the part about Promo Codes (place the dot in the circle and enter the promo code if you have one). If a Promo Code is applicable, the total will be recalculated when you click the NEXT button.
- If you wish to purchase an add-on, you may do this here also. For example to ADD a PEDIGREE, simply check the box for that add-on.
- Once you have selected the desired level to upgrade to and chosen any add-on's click the NEXT button to continue
- Please complete the secure payment process to upgrade your Listing.
- Once payment is confirmed, you will see the Add/Manage Photos icon on the Manage Listing page with the listing you just upgraded.
- Click this icon and a window will pop-up that allows you to browse and upload and add your images the that Listing.
- Please note images are restricted to 600 pixel wide x 600 pixels tall in size, and 100 KB in size.

| | When is my credit card billed? | - Your credit card is billed at the time the listing upgrade has been ordered.

Video Listings provide users with a great, full-motion, upfront view of your horse so they can make a buying decision faster and easier.

There are two possible steps to adding a Video to your Listing, these are:
- Sending your Video(S) by E-mail (Required)
- Tape-to-Digital Transfer Services (Optional)
Sending your Video(s) by E-mail: - Please complete the secure payment process to upgrade your Listing.
- Once payment is confirmed, You may send your video electronically by attaching it to an email. Please send your videos (in MPEG or AVI format only) to listings@USA.SalesRing.com. Make sure to include your 6-digit USA.SalesRing.com ID and the name of the horse with in your email!
- We will retain all video clips. In addition, your video will be shortened if it exceeds 60-seconds.
- Please note that video's can be very large in size, only attempt to send video files by E-mail that do not exceed 10 Megabytes in size and less than 60 seconds in length.

Tape-to-Digital Transfer Services: - If you are in need of having you video transferred from tape to an acceptable digital format, please contact listings@USA.SalesRing.com and we can provide you with a third party service in your area.
- Make sure to include your 6-digit USA.SalesRing.com ID and the name of the horse(s) with your video(s) and payment!

| Common Questions | | | | When can I expect my video(s) to be placed on my Listing(s)? | - Videos are placed within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of your order. If there are problems with your payment or receiving/processing your video(s), your order may be delayed.
| | What video formats does USA.SalesRing.com accept? | - The video must be in MPEG or AVI format and not exceed 60 seconds in length.
| | How long will my video be on my Listing? | - Your video will remain with your Listing until your horse is sold, until you remove the Listing, or until the Listing has expired (whichever comes first).
| | Can I add more than one video to my Listing? | - Yes. You may add up to 3 video's per listing, however, this depends on which Level your listing is at. Each additional video per listing may attract an extra cost.
| | Can I replace my video after it has been added to my Listing | - You can, but you will be charged full price to replace your video.
| | When is my credit card billed? | - Since additional programming is required, your credit card will be billed at the time you upgrade the Listing.
